Redmi is a sub-brand owned by Xiaomi, a well-known smartphone manufacturer. Redmi focuses primarily on budget-centric devices with some great specifications. Redmi devices are known to offer very amazing value. Redmi has a great line of stunning and beautiful devices, and the Redmi Y3 is one of them. Redmi Y3 was released in April 2019.
Redmi Y3 users are waiting for android 10 updates for their devices. Some of them took twitter to ask questions about possible dates for Android 10 updates. Here’s what some users wrote on Twitter:
The Redmi Y3 features a low resolution 6.26-inch IPS LCD panel of 720 x 1520 pixels. The device houses the Qualcomm SDM632 Snapdragon 632 chipset and provides two variants. One has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, and the other is 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The device will work with Android 9 Pie as it is.
As for the camera, there is a dual camera on the back of the device, with only the primary camera, the 12 MP sensor and the 2 MP depth sensor. On the front, there is a 32 MP sensor for taking cool selfies. The front sensor is more unique than the back of the device, but this fact is acceptable, considering the fact that the device is self-portrait-centric.
Unfortunately, the device has a large capacity battery of 4000 mAh that does not support fast charging. The smartphone is equipped with all the main sensors and a fingerprint scanner mounted on the back.
