Then it is the same time of year. A time for festivals, weddings and all the fun things that usually come at the end of the year. There are plenty of red carpets and fashion shows, which take on the last quarter of this year. As a result, we see a lot of new fashion and makeup trends come in.
This year has been no different, from award shows to fashion shows, we have seen the trend of both new fashion and makeup. The problem with these trends is that more often than not, runway and red carpet looks are impractical to wear in our daily lives. Don’t worry though, because we are keeping an eye on these trends.
So here is the list of our hand-made makeup from this year’s runway and red carpet that you can actually wear in this festive season.
Bronzer is bae:
If you’re not living under a rock, you’ve definitely seen Alia Bhatt’s amazing maxi makeup look from this year’s IFA Awards. We love it and so do the neatitis. The makeup artist went out with bronzer and we are all ready for it. So take out those contouring kits, as this season it’s about bronzer. This look is perfect for the wedding ceremony.
It’s not really a trend but a classic. Like everything, extremism is decreasing even in the makeup industry. So keep the eyeshadows and blush at least. Line your eyes with a little of mascara, ditch the foundation for bold lips and a bb cream for a soft lip tint. This look is best suited for everyday wear.
The festive season is incomplete without some sparkle, and here are the fantastic eyeshadows to complete it. Gold, silver and even multicolored glowing inshadows are all angry right now. This eyeshadow look is perfect for night out or also for music or wedding reception.
Getting funky with your eyeliner is another biggest makeup trend to watch out for at the moment. Graphic eyeliners with bold design that are not limited to winged liners were seen on the runway.
The Kalard eyeliner is also in trend. Red, blue and dark green and purple are some of the colors you should try. This look theme is perfect for parties.
Colorful mascara is also another trend you need to try. Try blue, pink or even red mascaras. Keep the rest of the makeup at least and you have mehndi function or Diwali lunch or perfect look for the party.
